Payment is very simple. You can pay us using PayPal, even if you don’t have an account.
DELIVERY
We are based in London in the UK, and ship all over the world using Royal Mail Post. To keep the price of delivery as inexpensive as we can, our deliveries are not trackable.
If we are delivering outside of the UK, then we expect:
• Packages shipped to the rest of Europe will normally arrive between five and eight working days
• Packages shipped to the US will normally arrive within around two weeks, although US customs legislation can sometimes cause some delays
• Packages shipped to the rest of the world will normally arrive in between one and two weeks, although customs processing can sometimes cause delays
RETURNS
We work hard to make sure that your order arrives exactly as you expect. But if you feel unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within five days of receiving the order. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Refunds and exchanges are considered on an individual basis.
